ABOUT THE PILATES LAB

The Pilates Lab is founded on the teaching of Functional Movement + The Pilates Method.

We strive to teach our clients in a way that educates them on their own bodies, so they can be empowered to go out into the world and do the activities that they love.

Our work is an excellent form of cross training for all exercise modalities. We work to guide clients to experience body awareness, feel the purpose of the movement + align themselves in a more organized way.
